Who we are

Be Limitless is a for-hire motor carrier of general commodities, registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration under USDOT 7295260 and MC 74244006. You can confirm our operating authority and insurance at any time on the FMCSA SAFER system.

Information on the Site

The Site gives general information about our company, equipment and services. Equipment dimensions, payload figures and coverage descriptions are typical values, not guarantees for a specific truck or load. Always confirm the details of your shipment with our dispatch team.

We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or that it will always be available.

Quotes and transportation services

Sending a quote request does not create a contract. Rates we give you by phone, email or text are estimates until they are confirmed in a signed rate confirmation, broker-carrier agreement or transportation agreement.

Every shipment we haul is governed by the applicable bill of lading, rate confirmation and any written agreement between you and Be Limitless, not by these terms. Our liability for loss of or damage to cargo is determined by those documents and by applicable federal law, including 49 U.S.C. § 14706.

Driver applications

Submitting the quick-apply form does not create an offer of employment, a lease agreement or any other contract. All positions depend on a completed application, the qualification requirements of 49 CFR Part 391, a pre-employment drug test, a Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query and our own hiring standards. Benefits and terms described on the Site are general and are set out in writing at hire or lease-on.

Using the Site

You agree not to:

• send false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms;
• pretend to be Be Limitless, one of our employees, or any other person or company;
• use our name, USDOT or MC number to solicit or book freight without our written permission;
• send spam, malware, or automated or bulk submissions;
• scrape, copy or harvest content or contact information from the Site by automated means, or try to interfere with how the Site works.

We may block access to the Site and report misuse, including attempted freight fraud, to law enforcement and the FMCSA.

Our name, logo and content

The Be Limitless name, the Be/limitless logo and slash mark, and the text and design of the Site belong to Be Limitless or are used with permission. Some photographs are used under license from their owners. You may not copy, change or use them without our written permission, except to view and share pages of the Site for their intended purpose.

Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not control, such as the FMCSA SAFER system. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the Site, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the obligations we take on in a signed shipping document or agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Be Limitless will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site. This section applies only to the Site. It does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law or that arises under a bill of lading, rate confirmation or other transportation agreement.

Your responsibility

If you misuse the Site or break these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that Be Limitless suffers as a result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute about the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois, or the Northern District of Illinois, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
