Our standard
We design and test the Site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. That includes:
- full keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and a text list of the cities on our coverage map;
- labeled form fields and clear error messages;
- layouts that work on phones and when text is enlarged;
- reduced animation for visitors who turn on “reduce motion” on their device.
