This policy explains what information BE LIMITLESS LLC (“Be Limitless,” “we,” “us”) collects through belmtls.com (the “Site”), how we use it and the choices you have. We are an interstate motor carrier based in Joliet, Illinois, USDOT 7295260.
Information we collect
Information you give us. We only collect personal information when you choose to send it through one of our forms, or when you call or email us.
- Quote requests: your name, company, email, phone number, and shipment details such as pickup and delivery locations, pickup date, equipment type, weight and commodity.
- Driver applications: your name, phone number, email, state of residence, years of CDL-A experience, equipment experience, and whether you are applying as a company driver or owner-operator.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, date of birth or bank details on this Site. Please do not include them in a form.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this to keep the Site running, secure and free of abuse.
Cookies and tracking. The Site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics, and we do not track you across other websites. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
How we use it
- To answer your quote request, prepare rates and arrange transportation.
- To review driver applications and contact you about open positions.
- To respond to questions, carrier packet requests and reports of fraud.
- To protect the Site and our business against spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory, tax and insurance requirements.
Calls, texts and email
When you send a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request or application, using the contact details you gave us. These messages are about your request. We do not use your information for marketing campaigns or automated marketing calls.
Message and data rates may apply to texts. You can reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
Driver applicants
The Site's quick-apply form only starts a conversation. If we move forward, you will complete a full employment application as required by federal motor carrier safety regulations (49 CFR Part 391). Any background check, motor vehicle record request, PSP report or Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query will only happen after we give you a separate written disclosure and you authorize it.
We keep applicant and driver qualification records for the periods federal and state law require.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and do business with you, and then for as long as the law, our insurers or the resolution of disputes require. Quote requests that do not lead to business are deleted within three years. Technical logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
How we protect it
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to the people at Be Limitless who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep information we are legally required to keep.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under that state's privacy law. We will honor those rights where they apply to us, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
Children
The Site is meant for businesses and adult job seekers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as the FMCSA SAFER system. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also place a notice on the home page before it takes effect.
